Last night, I got to experience the first public opening night of Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen in Canada at River Cree Resort & Casino in Enoch, Alberta. 
This is the first Hell’s Kitchen in all of Canada, and it is located at River Cree on Enoch Cree Nation, within Treaty 6 Territory.
While walking through River Cree, I also came across this beautiful photo celebrating the Cree community and Indigenous culture. It was a meaningful reminder that this new dining destination is opening on land with a deep history and identity of its own. 
And then, of course, it was time for dinner!

We actually didn’t have a reservation, but the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and managed to find us seats.
After watching Hell’s Kitchen for years, finally stepping into an actual Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen was definitely something I wanted to experience.
First Hell’s Kitchen in Canada. First public opening night. And I was there.
